SOUND:
These headers will give you a significant volume increase and give your 911 a stronger flat 6 wail.
POWER:
Headers are often the most effective way to improve power on your naturally aspirated car and these sport headers are no exception. On our dynojet we saw gains of 8 whp and 14 ft/lbs of tq at 3000 RPM, 13 whp and 16 ft/lbs of tq at 4400RPM, and holds those gains all the way to redline.

SOUND. The factory airbox on the 996 GT3 is designed to muffle induction sound to keep it out of the cabin. This intake will let out the wonderful induction note of the GT3's flat six.

For late model exhaust brackets

The Fabspeed Valvetronic X-Pipe Exhaust System for the 718 4.0L cars wakes up the sleepy Porsche PSE exhaust and gives them a truly exotic sports car sound all while retaining the functionality of PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust). Our design process started with 3D scanning the entire exhaust system using our CREAFORM 700 Handscan so that we could make a complete Solidworks 3D model of the exhaust. We then designed the exhaust and fixtures using that model so that the exhaust fit perfectly to OEM standards. After multiple revisions for sound and dyno testing we settled on using our CAD flow engineered investment cast X-Pipe and 2.5" 63.5 mm tubing for the most power and exotic sports car sound. The CAD flow modeled X-pipe is an exclusive Fabspeed part that gives a smooth high pitched exotic sound and flows much better than a X-Pipe handmade from U bends cut and welded together. The exhaust valves we use are made by Helical Limited in the United Kingdom. These ISO 9001 certified valves are the same ones Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche use on their GT cars. The flanges are thick 304 stainless steel that we CAD designed to perfectly match the OEM flanges and reuse the factory metal gaskets.
SOUND: With PSE off our Valvetronic exhaust gives a nice increase in volume without any cabin drone. With PSE on and the valves open it turns the 4.0L's exhaust note into a truly exotic sound with a significant increase in volume. This system will turn heads as you rip by.
POWER: When used in conjunction with our GPF Delete Over Axle Pipes we saw a gain of 14 HP and 32 ft/lbs of TQ at 2400 RPM, 8 HP and 9 ft/lbs of TQ at 4900 RPM and 12 HP and 8 ft/lbs of TQ at 7500 RPM. This is low end torque you'll really feel around town and horsepower that continues all the way up to redline.

The Fabspeed Lightweight Competition Exhaust System for the 718 4.0L cars was specifically designed to be the lightest, best performing exhaust possible. Supercup Turbo back Exhaust System for the 718 Boxster/Cayman is the ultimate solution for performance, decreasing turbo lag and 36lbs of weight while offering an invigorating increase in turbo sound and boxer rumble.
SOUND: With Sport mode activated burbles and backfires erupt in abundance on overrun, and downshifts summon a bark that will make all eyes and ears around focus on you. Worry not about drone as the volume level in the cabin is quite refined given the aggressive nature of the exhaust - this system is very livable on a daily driven car. The factory exhaust mutes the turbochargers, the free-flowing Supercup reveals their presence with a very pleasing increase in spooling sounds, adding more character to your driving experience. The boxer engine rumble is enhanced and refined in a distinct Porsche tone.
FINISH: Full polished T304L stainless steel, beautifully welded together and finished off with hand made T304L single-wall stainless steel tips or premium carbon fiber shrouded tips which fit the rear bumper of the 718 like a finely tailored suit.
PREMIUM HJS HD CATALYST: Fabspeed Motorsport is the largest distributor of premium HJS catalysts in North America, and second largest in the world. Based off years of engineering experience and ample testing we've selected the ideal catalyst to unlock performance from the factory exhaust system. This German imported 200 cell HJS HD catalyst is the top of the line solution to increase exhaust flow, resulting in a satisfying increase in turbo sound to match the extra horsepower gains. This specific catalyst has proven itself in numerous Ferrari and Lamborghini applications - able to withstand extreme abuse while preventing any check engine lights. The HD designation signifies the incorporation of a brazing stripe and special mantles to hold the metal matrix in place through the toughest of conditions while ensuring the overall integrity of the catalyst. The best part - increased performance without a check engine light.
CATBYPASS PIPE: We also offer the Supercup Turboback without a catalytic converter for those looking for the most aggressive exhaust in terms of power, exhaust volume, and turbo noise. A check engine light can be expected due to eliminating the catalytic converter. The CEL occurrence can be reduced/eliminated through the use of our O2 Spacers or upcoming tuning solutions.
POWER: The addition of Fabspeed's Supercup Turboback Exhaust System with Sport Cat added 10 whp and 13 ft-lbs at 4000 rpm as tested on our Dynojet. Expect more power and response with our Catbypass option. The Supercup Turboback is a very free flowing system and full potential will be realized with a tune. Increase exhaust flow by replacing the restrictive factory catalyst for a high flowing German imported 200-cell HJS HD catalyst to unlock the ideal blend of performance, efficiency, and increased exhaust tone.
Fabspeed Motorsport is the largest distributor of premium HJS catalysts in North America, and second largest in the world. Based off years of engineering experience and ample testing we've selected the ideal catalyst to unlock performance from the factory exhaust system. This German imported 200 cell HJS HD catalyst is the top of the line solution to increase exhaust flow, resulting in a satisfying increase in turbo sound to match the extra horsepower gains. This specific catalyst has proven itself in numerous Ferrari and Lamborghini applications - able to withstand extreme abuse while preventing any check engine lights. The HD designation signifies the incorporation of a brazing stripe and special mantles to hold the metal matrix in place through the toughest of conditions while ensuring the overall integrity of the catalyst. The best part - increased performance without a check engine light.
The portion of the exhaust that contains the catalyst is a rather large component, making a full replacement section costly. Our design incorporates a Torca clamp for easy installation into the factory double walled exhaust configuration - cutting is required for installation. The system can be reverted back to stock at any time utilizing the same clamp.
The addition of Fabspeed's Sport Catalytic Converter added 7 whp and 18 ft-lbs of torque peak power gains when tested on our Dynojet on a stock vehicle. 13 whp and 17ft-lbs at 4000 will make a significant difference in drivability. We look forward to extracting even more power with our hardware in conjunction with a tune at a later date.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cutting of the factory exhaust pipe is required, but is simple and reversible at any time. Please see our Installation Instructions to gauge your ability to perform the installation. SOUND: The Streetsport exhaust coaxes out more of the characteristics of the boxer engine - a deeper rumble with a refined Porsche tone. This system is very livable with no droning, and the activation of Sport mode greatly increases cracks and pops during shifting and overrun conditions. Expect a slight increase in turbo sound as well - which can be enhanced even further at any point with the separate addition of our Sport Catalytic Converter.
POWER: Fabspeed's Streetsport Cat back Exhaust added 4 whp and 11 ft-lbs of torque peak power gains when tested on our Dynojet on a stock vehicle. 8 whp and 11 ft-lbs at 3,500 RPM will make a significant difference in drivability. The increased exhaust flow helps tremendously at high RPM, unlocking 19 whp and 20 ft-lbs of torque at 5,000 RPM. We look forward to extracting even more power with our hardware in conjunction with a Fabspeed ECU Tune at a later date as soon as possible.
FINISH: Full polished T304L stainless steel, beautifully welded together and finished off with hand made single-wall stainless steel tips or premium matte carbon fiber shrouded tips. Tips are interchangeable at any time.
