The factory Porsche AG OEM exhaust tip design sends exhaust gasses directly at each other from each end of the muffler. The exhaust pulses therefore slam into each other and then as pressure builds the exhaust is forced through a harsh 90 degree turn out to exit through the tips. Fabspeed Sport Catalytic Converters with GT2RS Style Outlets



Get the absolute most power and sound from your 992 Twin Turbo without any check engine lights. This system exhaust mimics the valves open configuration of a 991 GT2 exhaust and because of the modular design if you find the setup too loud for everyday driving you can use the optional muffler adapter pipes so that you can reinstall the factory muffler or our Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust.

SOUND:

This system provides an aggressive sound that matches the incredible power and speed of the 992 Turbo. Expect a significant increase in volume over stock more turbo spooling sounds, while burbles and pops on deceleration are much louder and sharper.

POWER:

This is the most free-flowing exhaust design possible while still maintaining catalytic converters. When testing on our AWD Dynojet power was up across the board. Down low, the Turbo spools faster and harder, netting 23.7 WHP and 41.5 ft/lbs of TQ at 3000 RPM. Max power gains are at 5300 RPM where it gained 47.7 WHP and 47.1 ft/lbs of TQ. SOUND:

With PSE on and valves open, the Cat-Back Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust turns your 992's exhaust note into a true neck-breaker with a significant increase in volume. Get a deep tone and aggressive pops on downshift as well as turbo spooling sounds. With PSE off and the valves closed the exhaust note is tame and totally drone-free. POWER:

With our signature cast X-pipe and all cnc mandrel-bent tubing, this system significantly outflows the factory system. When testing on our AWD Dynojet power was up across the board. With over 25+ years of Porsche air and water-cooled experience, Fabspeed Motorsport USA offers a great enhancement for your stock exhaust or aftermarket exhaust on your Porsche 992 Twin Turbo / Turbo S. Fabspeed was the first company to design and engineer every Porsche twin-turbo exhaust enhancement. From the 1996 993TT to the 2021 twin-turbo, making a sports car like the 992 Turbo / Turbo S even faster and more exclusive is the domain of Fabspeed. Using only certified high-performance HJS components imported directly from Germany, our system eliminates all risk for black market, grey market, or counterfeit HJS catalytic converters from other companies. Increase the exotic twin-turbocharged Porsche sports car sound and reduce backpressure allowing for a much quicker turbocharger spooling and transient turbo response for the 992 VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry). Fabspeed sport cats replace the restrictive OEM 800 cell catalytic converters with HJS Emissions Technology catalysts guaranteeing NO CEL (Check Engine Light) (on US cars only).

SOUND:

These sport cats give the 992 Turbo a moderate increase in volume. In sport mode pops and gurgles on downshift are tastefully more defined, and overall the exhaust note has a sharper more distinct Porsche flat 6 sound. Turbo spool is also more noticeable compared to the factory system.

POWER

After extensive dyno development, peak power of 585 WHP was obtained at 6600 RPM, compared to the stock peak wheel power of 569 WHP. Max power gains of +54.9 WHP (65.88 crank HP) came at 5500 RPM and +58.9 ft/lbs TQ at 5350 RPM. With faster turbo spooling we saw impressive under the curve gains of +29 whp (34.8 crank hp) at 3000 RPM and +51.4 ft/lbs TQ. See our dyno graph above for more details.
