•  Applications: Suitable replacement when original ignition coil shows wear, misfires, or performance issues — restoring reliable spark delivery, smooth running and correct engine behaviour.

The ignition coil is fundamental to your engine’s ignition system: it supplies the high-voltage spark to each cylinder. When a coil fails or degrades, symptoms may include misfires, rough idling, loss of power, increased emissions or even engine warning lights. Replacing a degraded unit with a fresh coil restores reliable ignition, optimal engine performance and helps prevent downstream damage (e.g., catalytic converter issues).

When and why to replace:
• Engine misfires, rough idle, or “choppy” acceleration.
• Trouble codes referencing misfire or coil circuit faults.
• One or more cylinders showing mis-fire despite spark plugs being serviceable.
• During tune-up/maintenance when coils are accessible and nearing service interval.
• Preventive replacement on high-mileage or original equipment coils to avoid sudden failure.
