The DRS-1 rear spoiler features a more aggressive streamlined design with screw-less dry carbon fiber endplates, elevating its aesthetic appeal for the GT4 RS street car.

Flex-Carbon Structure: In traditional wings, aluminum inner structures are used at the mounting points, however, in the SR Flex-Carbon Wing, aluminum has been replaced with the SR Flex-Carbon structure, reducing the weight by another 1.5kg. Mostly importantly, the flex-carbon structure provides unparalleled flexibility, similar to that seen in the McLaren F1 Flex Wing.

Passive DRS Effect: Our tests on the Shanghai F1 track demonstrates that the DRS-1 wing can passively drop back by ~1.5 degree of AOA at speeds between 150 to 270 km/h, resulting in an 8km/h increase in top speed compared to traditional wings. For the GT4 RS, this improvements translates to a lap time reduction of 0.5 seconds.

The strongest and lightest rear wing for the GT4 RS

Made of 100% racing-grade dry carbon fiber, the SilverRocket DRS-1 Flex-Carbon Swan Neck Wing is the lightest rear wing for Porsche GT4 RS. It provides more compressive strength while weighs 2.85lbs lighter than the stock GT4 RS wing and 1.64lbs lighter than the stock Clubsport wing.

Full CFD analysis with real aero data

Our real aero data shows that at 125mph and 15° AOA, the SilverRocket Clubsport rear wing provides a whooping 472 lbs of downforce, which is 170 lbs more than the stock GT4 RS rear wing.

Flex-Carbon Structure with Passive DRS (drag reduction system) effect
We use the SR Flex-Carbon Structure to replace the aluminum inner structure in traditional wings, resulting in a 1.5kg weight reduction. Most importantly, it provides unparalleled flexibility, similar to that seen in the McLaren F1 Flex Wing.

6 calculated AOA (angle of attack) settings with aero data
The SilverRocket DRS-1 Flex-Carbon Swan Neck Wing offers 6 different angle of attack settings from -2.5° up to 15° designed from our CFD analysis aero data to provide great maneuverability for various driving preferences and track condition. Additionally, we use the high end SUS304 1/2H stainless steel for the L-mount that significantly enhances the rigidity at the connection points.

Indestructible HD Lightweight Polycarbonate Glass Included
Porsche incorporated a super thin glass in the GT4 RS tailgate to reduce weight. However, this lightweight solution has a significant drawback: the thin glass is prone to cracking. Numerous reports on Rennlist highlight instances of the rear glass cracking during car washes. To make matters worse, the OEM tailgate glass comes with a staggering price tag of $2,600.

In response to this issue, SilverRocket has developed our own HD Lightweight Polycarbonate Glass, which is included in the tailgate package at no additional cost. This innovative solution not only reduces weight but also alleviates concerns about the fragility of the expensive GT4 RS rear glass.

Eliminate the risk of metal dents when using high downforce AOA (angle of attack) settings or bigger rear wings

When the GT4RS operates with high downforce AOA angles settings on high-speed tracks, or when utilising high downforce motorsport wings, the potential for metal dents increases. For instance, the SilverRocket DRS-1 wing can generate over 250 kg of downforce at 200MPH Speed. This substantial downforce is supported by the car's body through the wing support.

If the left and right supporting anchors are not adjusted evenly, there is a risk that the high downforce could cause dents in the metal at the supporting points.
