Crafted from German V2A - X5CrNi18-10 - 1.4301 (T-304 L) lightweight stainless steel, it incorporates advanced features like double perforated sound absorption tubes in a trapezoidal pattern with variable perforation diameters. This design effectively isolates and dampens unwanted drone frequencies. Additional stamped ribbing on the outer shell further reduces unwanted resonance, achieving superior acoustic performance.
Unlike traditional baffle plates, this design minimizes back pressure, particularly at higher gas velocities, resulting in improved throttle response and enhanced performance across the rev range. When combined with software tuning, upgraded intakes, or additional exhaust modifications, the benefits are even more pronounced.
