Please note: the threads needs to be treated with loctite before installation (not sold with the product).

Replacing your factory engine mounts with these performance semi-solid mounts will dramatically decrease engine movement which then will result in better acceleration and handling of your Porsche.

CNC machined mounts with PU bushes are absolute must have for any car on track or on the street. Very easy to replace by experienced DIYers.

Replacing your compliant factory mounts will decrease engine movement resulting in better acceleration, handling and significantly increased shifter feel. Our mounts are CNC machined from billet aluminium and include three pairs of inserts in varying densities. Tune your mounts by using the softer inserts to reduce engine slop and avoid missed shifts in your street car, or utilise the stiffest inserts to get the most from a more focused track car. You can even mix and match, giving you 9 possible combinations to let you dial in our mount to your specifications. With factory hydraulic engine mounts, the drive train will move independent of the chassis during acceleration and cornering loads. This movement can upset the balance of the vehicle and create negative handling effects.

RSS Tarmac Series Performance Engine Mounts minimise these effects by utilising specialised polyurethane bushings which offer a firmer, more direct driving feel with optimum feedback. This upgrade will not adversely effect ride quality or cause knock sensor issues commonly associated with solid engine mounts.

Solid engine mounts are a smart upgrade to any track or aggressive street car, and were installed on Porsche factory race cars. Stock mounts are made of compliant rubber, and contribute to imprecise shifting and inferior throttle response. Solid mounts create slightly more interior vibration than rubber mounts, but securely connect the engine and transmission assembly to the car's unibody, creating a crisper throttle response and shifter feel. Rennline's solid mounts are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum for strength and light weight, and come as a pair with new Grade 8 mounting hardware. Sold as a set of (2)
