Fuel overflow socket.
This fuel overflow socket is a replacement for the original Porsche part 91120159300. It restores the proper connection between the filler sleeve and overflow / vent hose, ensuring safe fuel venting and leak-free performance.

The overflow socket (or connector) attaches to the fuel filler neck / sleeve and provides a junction for the overflow / vent hose. It ensures that excess fuel or vapour is safely routed rather than spilling over or leaking onto chassis components. It maintains proper venting pressure and prevents fuel from escaping the system during refuelling or changes in tank pressure.

Location: Between the filler neck / sleeve and overflow / vent line in the fuel tank / filler assembly.

Why replacement matters
•   With age, the original overflow socket can crack, become brittle, or warp, leading to fuel drips, leaks, or vapour escape.
•    A failed connector can cause fuel to spill externally, create unpleasant odours, or allow venting to bypass the proper hose routing.
•    Replacing ensures exact geometry, secure hose interface, durable fuel-resistant material, and a precise fit.
