This accessory seamlessly integrates into your car, enhancing its functionality without compromising its classic look. Considering removing the center console, but would still love to retain the air conditioning system without having controls feel out of place. Here’s an OEM-look and fit solution that addresses this issue. This housing seamlessly blends with the classic interior replacing ashtray assembly, and can accommodate both older and newer styles of knobs.

Installation uses standard ashtray mounting spots, there is no alteration required, which means it's 100% reversible.

Manufactured with PA12 Nylon - known for heat and chemical resistance, strong and durable part.

Installation:
• remove passenger side knee pad/trim (2x10mm nuts)
• remove ashtray (additional 2x10mm nuts)
• Install accessory reusing 2 10mm nuts and washers.

You will notice that there is small amount of adjustability - with old cars some of the interior pieces are no exactly how they left the factory so the small amount of movement should allow you to set equal gaps between left and right knee trim/pad) - install passenger knee pad/trim.

Who is still using the ashtray in their classic 911?

Installation uses standard ashtray mounting spots, there is no alteration required, which means it's 100% reversible. Installation photos in this ad show double gauge mount, but process is same for all accessories in this series. This will fit g-body cars up till 1985 (before side climate vents become larger in 1986)
