Important Fitment Information - Please Read Before Ordering:

Some early 2.5L Boxster engines were fitted with main bearing shells that have the locating/alignment tab positioned in the centre, rather than offset to one side. This listing is not suitable for centre-tab bearing shells. Porsche no longer supplies a replacement for this early design.

In addition, some 2.5L engines may have since been fitted with the later-style crankcase carrier. These engines require bearing shells with the locating tab on the left-hand side, whereas the bearing shells supplied in this listing have the tab on the right-hand side.

Before ordering, please ensure you check your existing bearing shells:

Centre Tab - Not compatible (no replacement available).
Left-Hand Tab - Not compatible (use part no. 99610120510 instead).
Right-hand Tab - Compatible with this listing.

Failure to verify the tab position may result in incorrect parts being supplied.
