DEVELOPMENT
Even with its motorsport heritage, the Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3 RS leave room for improvement due to factory-imposed compromises in the exhaust design. Emissions regulations and engineering limitations restrict primary tubing length, runner diameter, and merge collector efficiency, ultimately reducing both sound and performance.
The SOUL Competition Headers eliminate these restrictions. By replacing the factory header assemblies—which integrate catalytic converters and particulate filters—with a free-flowing, performance-optimized design, these headers dramatically improve exhaust flow, throttle response, and overall power delivery from the 4.0-liter flat-six engine.
The result is a more aggressive, motorsport-inspired tone that highlights the flat-six’s natural character, while ensuring the system withstands the rigors of track and high-performance driving. Built for uncompromising reliability, these headers emphasize sound, power, and endurance—all in one precision-engineered package.

CONSTRUCTION: 
Each set of SOUL Competition Headers is handcrafted in-house in the USA from mandrel-bent, thick-wall (.065") T304L stainless steel tubing for strength and heat resistance. Every weld is TIG welded and back-purged with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas to ensure full penetration, durability, and a flawless internal finish—critical for sustained use under track conditions.
We use precision aluminum welding fixtures that act as heat sinks, preventing distortion during fabrication and ensuring perfect alignment and fitment. The result is a product engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and craftsmanship.

BOLT ON AND GO:
Each system is fixture-tested, quality-inspected, and foam-packed before shipping to guarantee perfect fitment and safe arrival. Installation is fully bolt-on, designed to integrate seamlessly with the factory or compatible aftermarket exhaust systems.
