Cabriolet hood (B) pillar seal.
Cabriolet hood “B-pillar” weatherstrip used on Porsche 911 models from 1974–1985. This is fitted to the Cabrio top rail and sits vertically to seal the window against the top.

Each seal is moulded to the original Porsche profile, ensuring perfect alignment with the B-pillar frame and correct compression against the window glass. When these seals deteriorate - with age-related cracking, shrinking, hardening or gaps - they allow wind noise, drafts and water to enter the cabin. Installing fresh seals restores proper sealing performance and the factory-correct appearance of the Cabriolet side window area.

Old B-pillar seals commonly:
• Crack or shrink, leaving gaps
• Harden, causing poor sealing and excessive wind noise
• Fail to contact the window glass properly
• Lead to water leaks and wet carpets
