What This Product Does:

• The front strut (shock absorber) top mount is the connection point where the top of the suspension strut attaches to the car’s body (strut tower). It supports loads from the spring and damper, allows steering pivot (via bearing) and isolates the mount from road noise/ vibration.
• Inside that mount is a bearing to handle rotation as the front wheels steer, and various hardware/plates to secure the assembly.
