Restore the correct “comfort window drops” operation with this exterior doorhandle microswitch. Replacement for ref numbers 99761312500, 99761312501 & 99761312502

On Porsche models with frameless door glass, this switch signals the body control system when the outside handle is lifted so the window drops slightly (typically ~10 mm) to clear the door seal, then returns to full height when the door is shut.

Sold individually; fits left or right side.

·         A weak or failed exterior-handle microswitch can create drivability and sealing issues that are more than just an annoyance:

·         Window does not drop when you pull the outside handle

·         This is a classic symptom of an exterior handle microswitch fault.

·         Window stays slightly open (“down a crack”) or behaves inconsistently

·         Failure can leave the glass not fully indexing, leading to wind noise, water ingress, and poor sealing.
