Silver Line
Silver line rods are our most sold and balanced product. They are forged from high-grade steel and reinforced with the latest generation heat treatments which are able to offer 20% more resistance to cycle fatigue stress when compared to the commonly used 4340 steel.

Con Rod Material - 34CrNiMo6 steel
Weight - 10% less than 4340 steel
Strength - 1200 MPa
Hardness - 34 to 40 HRC

Gold Line
Gold line rods are made from high-grade steel, certified for military and aeronautics use. Reinforced with the latest generation heat treatment called deep freezing which allows the material to offer 15% more resistance to cycle fatigue stress than the Silver Line rods and 10% when compared to 300M steel. With this new product line, we have improved our already high performing Silver Line to make its endurance more in extreme conditions.

Strength - 1500 to 1600 MPa
Hardness - 44 to 46 HRC

Platinum Line
The Platinum Line is our top of the range line, aimed for the extreme application and who want to replace titanium with steel.
The Platinum Line is an excellent substitute for titanium, with a similar weight but with greater performance. It is further reinforced with two deep freezing treatments, one a the beginning and one at the end of the production line. This treatment allows 5% more endurance when compared to the Gold Line rods.
