Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This intercooler Kit uses our award winning Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Core which is made specifically for this application. It is one of the highest quality Tube Fin cores available on the market. The intercooler has just a weight of 2x 5,3kg. Flow analysis and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow. This unique Y-charge pipe has been designed for the best possible internal airflow, while using laborious CFD simulation. All bottlenecks of the stock mounted Y-charge pipe were eliminated and adapted to a uniform cross-section. This means, the intake air is no longer unnecessarily blocked by cross-sectional changes and results in a reduction of the pressure drop inside the charge air system. For your vehicle, this manifests itself in a noticeable increase in performance (depending on the software version).
