LONG LIFE
Made using AISI 321/EN4531 titanium stabilized stainless steel the expected life in the severest road conditions (salt) is 20-30 years.
Output is increased particularly in the low and middle RPM ranges. The design makes power by minimizing intake charge disturbances at valve overlap, and increasing the exhaust gas extraction effect. The volumetric efficiency, and thereby the power output is increased. The SSI headers are significantly improved versions of the basic header design used by Porsche on all normally aspirated six cylinder competition engines.
CARBON MONOXIDE SAFE
Unlike all other aftermarket heat exchangers, the SSI heat exchanger headers are made to minimize the possibility that engine produced acids will internally corrode the enclosed primary tubes, thereby allowing carbon monoxide to enter the passenger compartment. The AISI 304 stainless steel tubing is highly resistant to the byproducts of combustion. SSI use only one piece primary tubes, eliminating the possibility of hand-made welds cracking, and the resulting carbon monoxide leaks.

LONG LIFE
Made from AISI 321/EN4531 titanium-stabilised stainless steel, these heat exchangers are built for durability, with an expected lifespan of 20-30 years in high-salt environments and even longer in milder conditions.
HIGHER POWER OUTPUTDesigned to optimise exhaust flow, these headers improve power output, particularly in low and mid-RPM ranges, by reducing intake charge disturbances at valve overlap and enhancing exhaust gas extraction. SSI headers are a refined version of Porsche’s competition-proven six-cylinder header design.
CARBON MONOXIDE SAFE
Unlike other aftermarket options, SSI heat exchangers are engineered to prevent internal corrosion from engine acids, reducing the risk of carbon monoxide leaks. Constructed from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with seamless primary tubes, they eliminate weak weld points that could lead to cracks and leaks.

Are you backdating a 3.2 Carrera or 3.2ltr engine?
Use these SSi heat exchangers to solve the exhaust requirements by deleting the pre-silencer and turning the rear silencer into a "two in, one out" system seen on the early, pre impact bumper cars.

Fits:
Porsche 911 3.2L Conversion SSI
*Oil pipes 91110772910 and 91110773910 are also required also see our exhaust packages
Modification is needed on the engine tinware when installing on 3.2ltr engines.
