Over 6,700 individual part numbers, and over 11,800 OE cross-references catalogued, and are constantly developing new lines.OE Match has over 100 new products currently in the engineering phase, which will be quality-controlled and added to their catalog. The mission is to keep all Porsche vehicles on the road by offering a vast selection of parts that can address various problems across different Porsche generations.

A Quick Look at OE Match

OE Match information on this page is based on details supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, plus any OE references provided with the parts.

Choosing the Right Fit for Your Porsche

Where OE Match is listed for Porsche, use the supplied model coverage and OE references to confirm suitability. Check details that commonly affect fitment such as model year, side/position, and connector type where relevant.

  • Often chosen when owners want OE-equivalent quality with sensible running costs, especially for routine service and wear items.
  • Typical reasons to replace include restoring reliability, addressing age-related wear, or refreshing multiple components during larger repair work.
  • Common defects from incorrect application include noise, premature wear, leaks, or fitment quirks if the wrong variant is selected or fitted with old seals/hardware.
  • Watch for symptoms such as unusual noises, early wear, or repeat failures after recent work, which can indicate mismatched parts or supporting items left worn.
  • Always cross-check OEM part numbers, read model-year notes, and verify compatibility before ordering.
  • For safety-critical components, confirm specification and fitment carefully and have installation checked by a competent technician.

Browse by Category

If you already know the area you are working on, start with the category and then filter by Porsche model. Where real-world symptoms and typical reasons to replace are provided, use them to keep the wording grounded.

Brakes — Brake components are renewed to restore stopping performance, address wear or upgrade a Porsche for fast road or track use. Common symptoms include vibration under braking, longer stopping distances, squealing, pulling to one side, warning lights and visible wear to discs and pads.

Brake Pad Wear Sensors — Brake pad wear sensors are replaced when pads are renewed or when warning lights indicate a broken or worn sensor. Symptoms include brake wear warnings even with new pads, damaged sensor cables, or broken clips around the caliper area.

Engine Electrical — Engine electrical parts are changed when there are starting, charging, ignition, or sensor-related faults that affect drivability and reliability, such as intermittent no-start, misfires, rough idle, poor charging, warning lights or heat-soak failures.

Service Parts — Service parts are replaced as routine maintenance to keep the engine and systems reliable, efficient, and protected, often resolving hard starting, rough idle, poor fuel economy and warning lights caused by clogged filters or worn ignition components.

Service Kits — Service kits bundle key service components to simplify maintenance and set the car back to a known baseline, especially useful when catching up on overdue servicing or dealing with general sluggish running, inconsistent idle and reduced performance.

  • For brake parts, confirm whether items are OE-equivalent replacements or performance upgrades and check if new fitting kits and sensors are required.
  • On service items and kits, match the kit to your exact Porsche model, engine and year, and review what is included so you can add any extra “while you are there” parts.

Located between the manifold / heat exchanger and the catalytic converter / exhaust pipe connection on Porsche models using the M96 / M97 / M98 engines.

Original gaskets may deteriorate over time due to heat, corrosion, and mechanical stress, allowing exhaust gases to escape. Leaks at this junction can cause noise, performance loss, and potential exposure of heat to nearby parts. An OE-Match version restores correct sealing, prevents leaks, and helps preserve the intended exhaust behaviour.

Inlet / Intake Manifold Gasket.
Flat intake manifold gasket it used between the intake manifold runners and the cylinder head on Porsche flat-six engines. Each gasket seals one intake port pair; a complete engine typically uses six of them.
Sold each,
typically 6 required per car.

Fits:
Porsche 911 1974 - 1983  - 6pcs required

Diagram ref no 7.

This gasket provides a gas-tight seal at the intake manifold interface so that all air entering the engine passes through the intended metered path (CIS / fuel injection system). By preventing air leaks at the manifold flange, it:
•  Maintains correct mixture and idle quality
•  Supports smooth throttle response and drivability
•  Helps avoid lean conditions that can lead to higher combustion temperatures.

Over time, intake manifold gaskets can harden, shrink or crack due to heat cycles, fuel vapour and age. When they fail:
The engine may draw in unmetered air, causing rough idle, poor cold running or lean mixture.
You can experience hesitation, popping, or flat spots under acceleration.
Vacuum leaks can make tuning and diagnostics difficult and may increase fuel consumption.
Replacing old gaskets with fresh restores correct sealing, stabilises idle and mixture, and helps the engine run as intended.

When to replace
Consider replacing the inlet manifold gaskets if:
You’re rebuilding or refreshing the top end of the engine.
There are suspected vacuum leaks around the intake manifold.
The engine has rough idle, hunting, or lean codes/symptoms not traced to other components.
The original gaskets are visibly cracked, brittle, or oil/fuel soaked.
You are converting, upgrading or servicing the CIS / intake system on a classic 911 or 930.

The differential output shaft seal creates a pressure-resistant, low-friction barrier around the rotating driveshaft or axle stub where it exits the differential. It prevents differential oil from escaping the gearbox while allowing rotational movement, helping maintain optimal lubrication of internal gears, bearings, and limited-slip components.

Function: Installed in the differential carrier housing at the output flange, the seal’s elastomer lip bears against the rotating shaft surface, maintaining contact under variable engine speed, gear torque, and temperature conditions. The internal garter spring ensures the lip is held in consistent contact with the shaft surface, helping prevent weeping or drips that can lead to low lubricant levels and accelerated drivetrain wear.

A worn or hard differential output seal can lose its effectiveness over time, leading to leaks, oil drips, and reduced gear oil levels in the differential. Low lubricant can accelerate wear of differential bearings, gears, and limited-slip clutches - ultimately causing expensive internal damage. Replacing the seal with an OE Match component helps preserve proper differential lubrication, reduces contamination of nearby brake and suspension parts with oil, and maintains drivetrain longevity and performance.

When to replace:
Visible gear oil leakage from the differential area
•  Oil accumulating near the rear of the gearbox or under the car
•  During differential service or rebuild
•  After replacing output shafts/axle flanges
•  Preventive maintenance on high-mile vehicles

Camshaft To Tensioner Oil Line, Right.

Ensure proper oil supply to your timing chain tensioner with this oil line for the right-hand side. Designed for Porsche 911 models (1978-89) and Porsche 964 Turbo 3.3L (1991-93), this line delivers pressurised oil from the camshaft feed to the chain tensioner unit, maintaining correct chain tension and timing accuracy.

Fits:

  • Porsche 911 1978-1983 3.0L / SC
  • Porsche 911 1984-1986 3.2L
  • Porsche 911 1987-1989 3.2L G50
  • Porsche 964 (911) TURBO 3.3L 1991-93

Diagram Ref No 15

What This Product Does:

The oil line delivers oil at pressure to the timing chain tensioner assembly (or chain guide/tensioner unit) on the right-hand side of the engine, ensuring the timing chain remains properly tensioned and lubricated.

By maintaining correct oil flow, the tensioner can adjust chain slack, reduce vibration, ensure timing accuracy, and avoid premature wear.

Because of the high-stress environment (heat, vibration, chain loads), the line must be in good condition, correctly fitted, and leak-free to maintain timing system health.

Symptoms & Signs You May Need Replacement:

Oil leakage around the line, its fittings, or in the timing cover area, especially on the right-side chain housing. Since this is an oil line under pressure, any seepage or wetness is a warning.

Low oil pressure or warning light tied to the tensioner circuit; if the tensioner isn’t getting oil it may cause slack in the chain and abnormal noise.

Timing chain noise: rattling, clatter or slapping chains on the right side (chain tensioner unable to maintain correct tension because oil feed is blocked or leaking).

During engine rebuild or timing cover removal: If you’re servicing the timing system, and the oil line is original or worn, it’s wise to replace it while accessible.

Why Replacement Matters:

Crucial for timing chain health: The tensioner system’s performance relies on this oil feed line; failure can lead to chain stretch/jump, catastrophic timing issues or engine damage.

Maintains engine reliability: A faulty oil line might cause oil starvation or reduction in tensioner performance, which in a high-revving flat-six engine can lead to expensive damage.

Ease during service: During engine or timing chain work, replacing this line avoids returning later for failure. Since access requires removal of timing covers or partial engine disassembly, proactive replacement is cost-effective.

Synchroniser Ring / Synchro Gear (4th - 5th gear).
This synchroniser ring is a high-quality replacement for the original Porsche synchro ring, intended for the 4th / 5th gear engagement in manual transmissions. It restores crisp shifting performance and ensures smooth gear changes under load.
Sold each.

Fits:
Porsche 924 Turbo / GT 1979 - 1984

Diagram Ref no 10.

The synchroniser ring (synchro) helps match rotational speeds between the gear and the shaft before engagement, reducing gear clash and enabling smooth shifting. For 4th ↔ 5th gear, it is especially important because these are often used under high load or highway speeds. Precise tooth profile, surface finish, and friction surface design are essential to ensure positive engagement, durability, and minimal wear.

Over time, synchroniser rings are exposed to intense friction, heat, and load during every gear change. The original rings can wear, glaze, or lose their critical friction properties, leading to:
•  Hard or grinding gear shifts
Gear pop-outs under acceleration or deceleration
•  Increased wear on gear teeth and shift sleeves
Reduced driving comfort and gearbox longevity

Replacing worn components with a replacement Synchroniser Ring ensures proper tooth engagement, restores friction characteristics, and protects the entire transmission assembly from premature wear — keeping your Porsche shifting smoothly for years to come.
