Quality direct replacement shock absorbers constructed and finished to a high standards often far and above what the car was originally supplied with. They can actually be a performance improvement if replacing plain, none gas charged, oil filled dampers. They dramatically reduce cavitation / oil foaming, thus give for more stable damping forces when driven 'spiritedly'. Some surprising cars come with plain oil filled dampers.

Key Features:
- Twin Tube Damper
- Gas pressurized
- OE damping forces

What Does an Ignition Coil Do?

An ignition coil is a crucial part of your vehicle’s ignition system. It converts the battery’s low voltage into the high-voltage current needed to create a spark at the spark plug — igniting the air-fuel mixture inside each cylinder.

  • When an ignition coil starts to fail, you may experience:
  •  Engine misfires: Jerking or shuddering during acceleration due to incomplete combustion.
  •  Rough idling: Noticeable vibration or shaking when the vehicle is at rest.
  •  Reduced engine power:
  • Sluggish acceleration or loss of performance.
  •  Illuminated check engine light:
  • Often indicating a misfire code. Hard starting or backfiring: Caused by inconsistent or weak sparks.

A mass airflow sensor is used to determine the mass of air entering an electronically fuel-injected engine. The air mass information is necessary for the engine control unit (ECU) to calculate and deliver the correct fuel mass to the engine. Air changes its density as it expands and contracts with temperature and pressure. In automotive applications, air density varies with the ambient temperature and altitude, and this is an ideal application for a mass sensor.

This high-precision adjustment bolt is engineered to the specifications of the original Porsche part (supersedes 99633121702). It's designed to facilitate the correct camber and toe adjustment of the rear lower control arm on Porsche models including the 996, 997, Boxster and Cayman. Its calibrated threads and dimensions ensure accurate alignment and ensure durable and precise suspension correction.

Fitment: Rear lower control arm mount—adjustment point for alignment, especially after bushing replacement or arm removal

Rear suspension alignment is vital for handling precision, tire wear and safety. Over time, original adjustment bolts may become stretched, corroded, or damaged from repeated removal and alignment work. A compromised bolt can make accurate alignment difficult, lead to uneven tire wear, and affect vehicle dynamics.

Replacing with a new bolt restores the correct adjustment range and clamping force - ensuring your Porsche’s rear end remains properly aligned and fully controllable. When to replace:
After performing rear suspension removal, control arm or bushing replacement
If the existing bolt shows signs of corrosion, thread damage or deformation
When tires exhibit uneven wear or vehicle exhibits unusual handling at the rear

Crankcase Breather System (Air/Oil Separator)

The crankcase breather system, also known as the air/oil separator (AOS), is a critical engine component that should be replaced every 30,000 miles—or sooner if signs of failure appear.

When the system fails, it can cause:

  • Vacuum leaks due to cracked hoses or a damaged air/oil separator
  • Oil consumption and fouled spark plugs, as oil is drawn into the intake
  • Increased crankcase pressure, which can lead to gasket leaks and other engine issues

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is always the best approach. Our comprehensive Crankcase Breather Hose Kit includes all the components you need to replace the system properly. We also recommend performing an engine oil change at the same time to ensure peak performance and longevity.

oematch

The AOS is basically a small diaphragm distillery which distills the minute amounts of oil mist in the crankcase, liquifies it and sends it back to the crankcase. The "clean" air is now sent into the air intake (after the throttle body) to be burned off by the engine.

When the AOS starts to fail it cannot separate all of the oil out of the mist and some liquid oil is sent to the air intake.

A few drops of oil is enough to generate the GREAT SMOKE BOMB for which our cars are famous for.

A big smoke bomb once in a while is completely normal, due to the architecture of the flat-6 engine, which may let a drop of oil flow into one of the combustion chambers sporadically.

Aluminium PDK Oil Sump with Oil Filter and fluid (ATF) Kit.
The Aluminium PDK Oil Sump with oil filter is a premium upgrade designed to replace the standard composite transmission pan. Crafted from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminium, it provides superior durability, improved cooling, and easier servicing - while maintaining exact fitment and compatibility with the original transmission system.

Fits:
For cars with PDK Transmission (dual clutch)
Porsche 970.1 Panamera 2009 - 2013
Porsche 970.2 Panamera  2014 - 2016

Diagram Ref No. 28 + 29

NOTE: This aluminium transmission oil pan is sold as a complete assembly, and there is no standalone filter element available as a replacement item.

What It Does

The PDK oil sump plays a critical role in the operation of your dual-clutch transmission system. It houses the transmission fluid and filter, which together:

  • Lubricate internal components to reduce wear and friction.
  • Regulate temperature by dispersing heat generated during gear shifts.
  • Filter debris and metal particles, ensuring clean fluid circulation.
  • Maintain hydraulic pressure stability for smooth and consistent gear engagement.

This aluminium replacement sump provides a warp-free sealing surface, optimal thermal conductivity, and OE-fit dimensions for a simple bolt-on installation.

Why PDK Oil Sumps Fail
The standard composite (plastic) transmission pans found in many performance cars are susceptible to:

  • Warping from heat cycles, leading to fluid leaks and improper sealing.
  • Cracking or distortion caused by torque stress or road debris impact.
  • Thread wear from repeated fluid services.
  • Built-in non-replaceable filters, requiring complete pan replacement during each service.

Additionally, neglecting transmission fluid changes can cause:

  • Poor shifting performance or hesitation.
  • Overheating and accelerated clutch wear.
  • Contaminant buildup, leading to internal component damage.

By upgrading to a durable aluminium sump with a filter, you eliminate the weaknesses of the standard design and ensure consistent reliability.

Why It Should Be Replaced or Upgraded
Replacing or upgrading to the aluminium PDK oil sump provides measurable benefits in performance, reliability, and maintenance:

  • Serviceable Filter Design – Unlike the standard setup, you can replace the filter independently, saving time and cost during fluid changes.
  • Long-Term Durability – Made from high-strength alloy aluminium, offering resistance to warping, cracking, and corrosion.
  • Guaranteed Fitment – Manufactured to precise OE pan dimensions for correct clearances and easy installation.
  • Enhanced Heat Dissipation – Aluminium dissipates heat more efficiently than plastic, extending fluid and component life.
  • Extended Transmission Life – Protects against contamination and wear for smoother shifting and reduced long-term wear.

Every unit undergoes quality control at each step of production, ensuring the highest level of precision, sealing integrity, and performance reliability.

Diagram Ref No. 28 + 29

NOTE:
This aluminium transmission oil pan is sold as a complete assembly, and there is no standalone filter element available as a replacement item.

Exhaust Muffler Mounting Kit.
Restore the secure mounting of your rear exhaust muffler system with this mounting kit. Designed for Porsche 911 (993) Carrera 2 and Carrera 4 models, this kit contains all the necessary brackets, clamps, straps and fasteners to correctly mount your muffler to factory specifications. Whether your existing hangers are fatigued, rusted or stretched, installing this kit ensures precise alignment, quiet operation and long-term durability.

Fits:
  • Porsche 993 (911) C2 1994-97
  • Porsche 993 (911) C4 1994-97

What This Product Does:

  • The muffler mounting kit secures the muffler(s) (rear silencer section of the exhaust system) to the vehicle’s chassis/body under the car.
  • It ensures correct alignment of the muffler, holds it in place under vibration, heat cycles and road loads, prevents excessive movement, rattling or contact with the body or suspension.
  • Proper mounting safeguards the exhaust system’s integrity: keeps the muffler in the correct position, ensures the hangers/straps are not stretched or damaged, avoids stress on the exhaust pipes, avoids under-body contact and prevents exhaust noise or failure of hangers.

Symptoms & Signs You May Need Replacement:
  • Excessive rattling, knocking or vibration under the car at the rear, especially from the muffler area when accelerating, decelerating or going over bumps — a worn/missing mount may allow movement.
  • Visible movement or sag of the muffler away from its factory position; misalignment or sagging often means the mountings/hangers are fatigued, corroded or broken.
  • Broken, corroded, or missing brackets, straps, clamps or bushings around the muffler mounting area — common on older 993 cars where road salt, heat and age have degraded components.
  • Exhaust contact with body or suspension parts — if the muffler shifts due to failed mounting, you may see abrasion marks, burnt body panels or damage to surrounding components.
  • Exhaust system repairs or muffler replacement: If you are already replacing the muffler and find mounting hardware is worn, replacing the full kit ensures the new muffler is mounted correctly and reduces future issues.

Why Replacement Matters:
  • Preserves the exhaust system’s function and durability: Proper mounting reduces stress on pipes, joints and the muffler body — which helps avoid cracks, leaks or joint failures.
  • Reduces noise and vibration: A secure muffler reduces unwanted movement, prevents rattles and ensures the exhaust system behaves as intended.
  • Maintains fit & alignment: On premium cars like the 911 993, correct alignment and mounting of the muffler is part of the overall build quality.
  • Prevents damage to other components: A loose muffler may lead to additional damage — for example heat damage to body panels, interference with suspension elements or damage to hanger tabs.
  • Cost-effective preventative maintenance: While the muffler may be fine, the mounting hardware often degrades—replacing it when you have access prevents future issues and may save on labour.
