These Side Mounts install Porsche GT3 seats to all Porsche 911's from 1964 to 1993 and Recaro sliders on 16" centers.  
Fabricated from 304 Series stainless steel they have a black wrinkle powder-coated finish.

Brey Krause Seat Brace - Factory Reclining Seats

Engineered to extend the protection of Brey-Krause harness mount bars to the back of your seat, the seat support assembly is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a ½" thick layer of high density foam. The foam firmly cushions the back of the seat against the support assembly. This seat brace is designed for conventional factory reclining seats. The R-9020 seat brace is recommended for cars with one-piece racing seats.

The "adjustable seat brace" is engineered to extend the protection of your roll cage to the back of your seat. The Brey-Krause adjustable seat brace is designed to fit 1-3/4", 1-5/8" and 1-1/2" diameter roll bars and all BK harness mount bars. The mounting bracket is secured with bolts through two holes which are drilled through the roll bar tubing. Once bolted to the roll bar, the seat brace can be adjusted fore, aft, up, or down. This seat brace is designed for one piece (i.e. non-reclining) racing seats. The R-9019 is recommended for Porsche reclining seats. Mounting brackets are not included.

The Porsche 991 harness mount bar has been tested and certified by an independent lab to handle the types of forces required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. DOT and SAE J385 Rev.MAR 95, Motor Vehicle Seat Belt Anchorages-Performance Requirements.

The 991 harness mount bar properly locates and supports racing shoulder harnesses relative to the driver. In the case of an accident, it helps protect the driver's shoulders and spine. The harness guides also prevent excessive shifting and fatigue of the driver during the high G loads of cornering and braking. Our bars are easy to install and remove, use only existing holes and mounting points, and will not damage the car in any way.

Strength requirements for harness mounts are considerably greater than those for harness guide bars since they must support the entire load applied to the belts. A mount really can't be relied on unless it has been tested to support the loads required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The Brey-Krause Harness Mount supported the loads specified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. DOT for upper torso restraints in all automobiles. Tensile tests performed by an independent lab.

This kit adapts the R-1030 and R-1035 harness mounts to fit in the Porsche 996/997 GT2 and GT3. It features new strut tubes that are designed to go to the forward lap belt mounts, as these cars lack rear seat belt mounting points.

This kit bolts in to your GT2 or GT3 with no drilling, cutting or fabricating necessary.

Building on the success of our R-3010 Roll Bar Extension Kit for later model 986 Porsche Boxsters, Brey-Krause introduces its Roll Bar Extension Kit for the 987 Boxster.

The roll bar extension increases the available headroom in the Boxster by an additional 1 3/8" above the factory roll hoop. This unit provides sufficient head room to permit the use of driving helmets. Protective tape keeps factory surfaces from becoming marred while careful engineering and design result in a secure fit that will not damage the car in anyway.

Brey Krause Front cross brace.



For Porsche 944 / 968

This cross brace bolts between the rearmost mounting points of the front control arms. It resists deflection of the chassis at those points, which can occur under heavy braking and cornering. The R-1524 was designed with obsessive attention to minimizing weight. Precision waterjet machining allows for an intricate structure, providing superior stiffness at an exceptionally light weight.

NOTE: If using late-model 968 or aftermarket caster blocks, special-order end brackets are necessary. Contact your dealer or distributor for details!
